1-on-1 Virtual Consultations

We offer virtual consultations for people looking to support and increase their physical, mental and spiritual wellness. We'll call upon the support of our plant allies and others— focusing on the mind, body, and spirit to promote holistic wellness. We focus on the individual, as everyone is the exception and we all have specific needs. Our goal is to bring everyone back into the remembrance that we have the ability to heal ourselves. 

What you'll receive:

• A comprehensive write-up of your health recommendations and resources
• An energy healing
• Your own personal herbal formula (teas, tinctures, salves, etc.) *Clients receive 20% off all apothecary items*
• Co-created accountability plan to measure progress.
• Ongoing email support for questions or other guidance

As we work in a holistic way, all aspects of the individual are considered in our approach to wellness and the recommendations provided, such as family history, lifestyle, mental health, diet, supplements, and herbs. For optimal results, it's recommended that you schedule multiple appointments. Depending upon the issue at hand, we generally recommend a follow-up visit after 3-4 weeks, and advise that we work together on your health over a period of 3-6 months.
